Do you offer free returns?

Yes, we provide free return shipping for all mainland UK orders returned within 14 days of delivery.

If you are outside of mainland UK, please contact us on returns@oaperformance.com for further assistance.

Which items can I return?

As long as your items were purchased from oaperformance.com and are still in their original condition, they are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

Ensure the product(s) are unused and unwashed, free of sweat or deodorant marks, and have original tags intact. For defects, include a description and photos.

Items returned to us damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition are not eligible for refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

How do I start a return?

To start a return, please visit our online returns portal HERE and follow the instructions.

You will need your order number and the email address you placed the order with to process the return.

Always retain your proof of postage, as you are responsible for the return until it is safely returned to us.

Can I combine multiple orders into one return?

The short answer is no. Unfortunately, we're unable to process combined returns and therefore require you to send your returns from different orders separately.

Do you offer exchanges?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer product exchanges at this time. For size or colour exchanges please request a refund and return your original order, then place a new order via our store.

Can I return a discounted product?

Orders placed using a discount code or offer are eligible for refund up to the amount paid on purchase, not the RRP or current price of the item.

When returning discounted products, our usual 14 day returns policy applies.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds take up to 7 days to be processed from the date we receive your returned items. It can take an additional 5 days for your refund to appear in your account once processed.

Refunds will always be made to the original payment method used to place the order.
